The 42nd Congress of the German Sociological Association offers the opportunity to present and discuss posters. The poster exhibition offers young researchers (doctoral candidates and post-docs) in particular an independent format for a cross-sectional exchange about their current or recently completed research work.

At the opening of the poster exhibition, which will take place on Tuesday, 23.09.2025 from 12:00 - 13:00, the contributors will have the opportunity to present their results to visitors in person. Afterwards, the posters will remain accessible to all interested parties at a central location throughout the congress.

We kindly ask you to submit a short and meaningful abstract (max. 500 words) by February 28, 2025 to dgskongress-poster(at)uni-due.de. In addition to a research question, this should also contain details of the theoretical framework, data, methodology and (preliminary) findings. Researchers will be informed of the decision by 28.03.2025. Please avoid double submissions of contributions to the oral presentation and the poster exhibition at the same time.
